S1E11: Planning Your First Camping Trip (in the USA)
In the first in a brand-new series on how to get started in adventuring, hosts James Barrett and Michael Desrosiers talk about how to plan your first camping trip in the United States, where to go, when to go, what you'll need, and a few pieces of advice for a fun and safe night camping.
We love camping! In this episode, we talk about where you should go for your first camping trip (national parks, state parks, Bureau of Land Management land, or National Forest land), some of the basic gear you need for camping (we have another episode all about gear that you should check out too!), and some of the practicalities and safety tips you need for a fun first camping trip in the United States.
